Birchills Automotive are Quality Pressworkers using both mechanical and hydraulic presses with capacity of up to 160 Tonne. Our Customers are primarily low volume Automotive OEM and Aftermarket. We also undertake light fabrication / assembly work which include Mig / Tig / Seam welding processes. We are also a rapid prototype manufacturer.

Birchills Automotive has an in-house toolroom and has associations with low cost manufacturing in china.

We are centrally located in the heart of the Midlands right by the motorway network.
